Knäckebröd - This bread has been baked from unsieved rye flour in Dalarna since 1923. As of 2005, the brand is owned by Leksandsknäcke, who bake the bread.  Vika Bread Sourdough and Grain is a slightly more tender crispbread with more rye flavour than our traditional crispbread. Delivered in a smooth half-pack, Sourdough and Grain will be a success on your dining table.
