The nice little Pyramidbakery in Dala-Järna makes crisp bread with added love. The Spisbröd has become a modern classic and has been awarded by the Swedish Gastronomic Academy among others. Pyramidbakery was founded by Emad Bayoumy, a baker from Egypt. The production is a genuine craft and the round breads are baked over open fire.
