THE SWEDISH FIKA

The Brits have their afternoon tea and Swedes have their own version, called Fika, this version is more of a social institution, very relaxed and a “can happen at any time”.

Fika always includes coffee or tea and preferably a sweet biscuit or the famous Swedish cinnamon bun. You can have Fika with your friends, colleagues, family and of course perhaps a date?

So make sure you have a Swedish Fika every day, and ever so often!
