Our GLUTEN free flour mix is a useful basic flour which replaces regular WHEAT flour. It gives a moist and airy bread, and is also perfect for cakes and baked goods. The mix is unsweetened, so it works just as well in cooking, for sauces, gravy, for breading and in pizza dough. The flour mix is used like a regular WHEAT flour, but you need to adapt the recipes to make sure you use the right amount of flour mix.
